Privacy policy

We store the account details you provide, the repositories and environment variables you attach to a project, deployment metadata, and hourly usage samples.

Environment variables and database connection strings are encrypted at rest with a key held by Goldenhost. They are never written to build or runtime logs.

Payment references are shared with our third-party payment processor to confirm top-ups. Card and mobile-money details are handled by that processor and are not stored here.

Usage data is retained for billing and capacity planning. You can request deletion of your account and its projects by contacting our support team.
